Survived ANOTHER busy weekend!
Ok-so i know, it's Tuesday.. but I would swear this weekend took it all out of me! After spending a quiet Friday evening at home with the family listening to some good ole high school football on the radio (it was entirely too cold to go sit at the game, which was an hour away - so I decided tuning in was the best way to show our school spirit!) we were off and running..Saturday mornings are now filled with basketball!! And more basketball!! Then it was off to town to get the remaining goods for our basket auction at the church!! Back home to make the food and assemble the baskets (with an extra kid, because we always find someone that needs to come over) and back to the church!! The action was fabulous, $1500 raised for our youth group!! Then home again..this time kid total is up to five (we always find more)!! What's up next?? SLEEPOVER! Sleepover is rolling around smoothly when my nephew (an extra kid) decides he may be sick..throw up sick..ugh..so after an all nighter with him, I decide at 4 a.m., I may need to call my sister to retrieve her child..I hate puke! Sunday shines in and it's off to the high school play ( on no sleep)..the children all enjoyed themselves..but I must say..I am still tired!

And so "It" begins..
"It" being fall sports season..We have had a very lazy fall and I was beginning to like it.. The start of the school year makes things busy, somewhat hectic. But with only cheerleading practice one night a week and a game on Saturday to cheer at, our social calander was looking good..Could stay home some evenings, get some chores done, homework and bath ontime and off to bed!! Now we are back at "IT"..running to the school 4 out of the 7 days of the week..And this fun has only just begun!! Wrestling is Tuesday and Thursday -Basketball is Wednesday and Saturday mornings, oh..and don't forget the gymnastics lesson on Mondays..(All cheerleaders need to learn to tumble-we've been tumbling since age 4..at age 10 I am a true believer that my daughter is not a tumbler, but it makes her happy..and if she's happy, we are all happy!) So this is what "it" consists of, and by the way-"it" continues into spring!
